Sharing the gospel using star imagery

Daniel, a prophet revered by Jews, Christians and Muslims foretold a day when, “Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.” (Daniel 12:3) Two thousand years ago a special star inspired wise men to undertake an epic journey in search of the long awaited King.

In a similar way, today, God’s Messiah – the Bright Morning Star continues to captivate the hearts and minds of sincere god-fearing people around the world. What a privilege we have as believers: to point people to Jesus Christ, like John did, describing him as, “The true light that gives light to everyone…” (John 1:9)
